At present due to Covid19 it is not possible to accept returned goods which have been used as we are adhering to a strict implementation of compliance in this regard.

Should the goods be found to be faulty or damaged on receipt, these can be returned, but only in the original packaging and sent via recorded delivery within seven working days of receiving order, as we will require proof of postage to confirm same.

Notification must be given in writing (email or post) of the intention to return same with the reason and any documentation containing the receipt of payment, this will be to allow us to refund your account accordingly.

Please allow 28 days for refunds to be processed.

The Customers’ statutory rights are not affected.
